ARE Boot Camp Terms of Use

  1. If using a payment plan, the customer bears the responsibility to complete the full series of payments.

  2. I confirm that I do have permission to test from both NCARB and my State Board.  (As in you can go schedule an exam right now).

  3. Single user agreement is strictly enforced. See policy below. 



Terms of Use for All Other Products…

  1. Customer bears the responsibility of unsubscribing from the monthly membership. 

  2. Continuous billing will occur until the customer unsubscribes. 

  3. No refunds will be provided for past months paid, even if the user had intended to unsubscribe. 

  4. Instructions for how to unsubscribe are listed in the “Start Here” chapter.



Single User Agreement

The following are the Terms and Conditions of the Single User License you both acknowledge and accept when you purchase any of the Young Architect Academy Videos.

  1. You understand and acknowledge that you are purchasing and downloading 100% Digital Content. Young Architect Academy Videos and any of its related files are 100% Digital Content, and you are subjected to the Terms and Conditions contained herein related to Digital Content.
  1. Young Architect Academy grants you limited and non-transferrable access and for personal, non-commercial, use of the Digital Content provided by Young Architect Academy, including any of the videos and related files.
  1. You may print out one hard copy of any of the reference materials contained in Young Architect Academy Videos for your own personal use. You may not share, sell, transfer, or give away any material contained within Young Architect Academy Videos that is printed for your own personal use.
  1. You may not modify, alter, reproduce, copy, print (except for own personal use), share with coworkers, distribute copies of, resell, sell, lend, give away or in any way transfer any or all portions of Young Architect Academy Videos and its related files in any format.
  1. You may not sell or post for sale Young Architect Academy Videos, in part or whole, or any of its contents on any internet marketplace or forum including, but not limited to, facebook groups, areforum.org, eBay or Craigslist, in any of its formats including digital .pdf files, digital .mp3 files and printed hard copies that are utilized for your own personal use.
  1. The Single User License granted to you is for use of Young Architect Academy Videos and its related files is for your own personal use. You may not share any portion, in whole or in part, of Young Architect Academy Videos and its related files.
  1. The Single User License granted to you is for your own personal use and is non transferable. You may not transfer it to anyone including, but not limited to, friends, family, and coworkers..
  1. Architecture and related firms may not distribute Young Architect Academy Videos and its related files to any of their employees unless a license is purchased for each employee. Purchasing a Single User License for the firm or chapter library is not allowed and in direct conflict with and violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use contained herein. Single Licenses are granted only to individuals.
  1. American Institute of Architects (AIA) chapters or any other Membership Organization may not distribute Young Architect Academy Videos and its related files to any of their members unless a license is purchased for each member. Purchasing a license for the firm library is not allowed and in direct conflict with and violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use contained herein. Single User Licenses are granted only to individuals. To learn about Multi User Licenses for firms and chapters, send a detailed email outlining your how many Multi Users to [email protected] 
  1. All of the content contained within Young Architect Academy Videos and its related files is copyright to Youngarchitect.com. You may not post or share any of its contents on any public internet forum.
  1. User IP addresses are regularly reviewed. Accounts with access from numerous IP addresses may become locked. Young Architect Academy reserves the right to revoke the license to anyone suspected of sharing their username and password without warning and without refund of any fees paid.
  1. Young Architect Academy reserves the right to make changes to the website and materials, posted policies and Terms and Conditions of Use at any time without notice or liability.
